Who We Are
ADVLST Talent is a talent deployment service operated by ADVLST, a company registered in India under the MSME Act.
We connect pre-tested creative professionals with agencies and companies in India and internationally.
For the purposes of this policy, 'we', 'us', and 'our' refers to ADVLST and ADVLST Talent.
'You' refers to anyone who uses our website, submits a form, or engages with our services — whether as a company looking to hire, or a creative professional looking for work.
What We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically.
- Name and contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp number)
- Company name and role (for companies submitting briefs)
- Portfolio links and work samples (for creative professionals applying)
- Project brief details and requirements
- Payment information (processed via Razorpay or Wise — we do not store card details)
- Any communications you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our forms
- Pages visited on our website
- Browser type and device
- IP address and general location
- How you found our website (referral source)
- Time spent on pages
We do not collect any sensitive personal information such as race, religion, health data, or financial records beyond what is needed to process payments.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
- Match creative professionals with relevant client briefs based on skills, style, and availability
- Communicate with you about your brief, application, or placement
- Send confirmation emails and updates about your submission
- Process payments for placement fees
- Improve our matching system and service quality over time
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in Section 5 of this policy.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use Google Workspace for email and document storage, and Airtable or Google Sheets for our talent and client databases.
All data is stored with access controls in place — only authorized team members can access it.
- Active talent profiles: As long as you are in our network. You can request removal at any time.
- Company brief data: Up to 12 months after last contact.
- Payment records: As required by Indian tax law (typically 7 years).
- Website analytics: 26 months maximum.

Used for form submissions (brief intake and talent applications).

Used for workflow automation connecting our forms to internal systems.
We do not control how these services handle data. Please review their respective privacy policies.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or any third-party advertising trackers on this website.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
RIGHT TO CORRECTION
You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
RIGHT TO DELETION
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. We will comply within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

ADVLST Talent is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact hello@advlst.in and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page.
If we make significant changes that affect how we use your data, we will notify active users by email where possible.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
